I have moved 7 times in 15 years including to Florida and back to Minnesota. By far, Right Choice Movers has been my best moving experience yet. My movers were flexible when I couldn't secure the dock for loading and were able to meet my schedule. The Team Leader Vern and his partner were so respectful with my furniture and belongings and not one thing was damaged. They gave me excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Crew is definitely hard working, friendly, I know it was bit hot outside. But they arrived 2 hours late, broke a light fixture, made big hole on dry wall but claimed they didn't do it. I'm not sure if all these are common or not in moving, but I'm bit disappointed, otherwise I would have given them 5 star.
Prompt. Fast (finished 1/2 under estimate). Courteous. Efficient. Careful. Everything made it in one piece. Reasonable pricing. All around they made it pretty painless. Next time you move, don't call around...call these guys. And tip them well.
The guys who came out today were fantastic. They were courteous and polite and careful with our things, they completed the move right on time, even in pouring rain and hail. They worked around us completing our packing, and worked with us the whole time on what they should take and where things went when they were unloading. They were also conscientious of our two year old wandering as well, which made me feel very comfortable. Vernon and the other two he arrived with, I unfortunately did not catch their names, were very professional and are great at what they do. Thank you for making this move run smoothly and stress-free.
I would not rate them as their service was below standard. Their movers were NOT professional. They sent 3 guys and 1 truck to move my 4000 square foot house. Half way through the move, one of the guys had to leave which lengthened the time to move (they had to go back twice to reload!) which resulted in additional expenses!!!! They damaged a lot of my furniture. Horrible!
