So much to choose from! Prices are on the higher end compared to Cub or Wal-Mart. Their aisles are confusing to me. Whoever designed the store was not thinking clearly. I have shopped here quite a few times and I still do not know where to find everything I need. On the plus side, the store has more than groceries! I can pick up a gift and a card here, they make homemade dog food and treats and they have so many different choices and categories it's unbelievable. Maybe if I get to know the store better, I would give it a higher rating. It does have a savers reward card that helps you save on gas at their own private gas station in front of the grocery store.
I have decided that from now on I will bag my own groceries. I purchased some bakery breads, they were put in the bag UPSIDE down. When I pulled them from the bag, most of the bread fell to the floor. I purchased nice hamburger buns, they were under some can goods that I had also purchased. SO ANGRY. I will bag my own from now on!!
We love this grocery store but the cashiers who bag the groceries need a lot more training. Multiple times we have organized the groceries on the belt in a purposeful manner to be bagged nicely and still the eggs end up in the bottom with heavy canned goods on top of them.
Selection is massive and prices are average to good. I love the huge bulk food bin options. We also ate at the attached restaurant and they have an excellent happy hour beer selection, $4 for a 20oz Lagunitas beer that would normally be $8. The only downside to this place is that I spent too much time here and checking out all the great items.
Smile in Every Aisle is the motto. I find that to be true. Good quality brand name and great quality store brand. A little $$ but it's worth it especially with the gas works card. It adds up, be aware of specials for perks such as $0.20 off per gallon for just a flu shot. Or get perks points for Vikings scores the day after. Got kids.. check out the dietician ran cooking class for your little chefs. Despite the prices bring a tad higher its possible to find great deals!
