We have had great experience with both cats and our dog at Plymouth Heights over many years. The Vets and support staff are all caring and helpful in every aspect of the visit and followup. We also use their Pet Suites for our dog and have always found the staff informative when there was a concern and enthusiastic about your pets visit. The facility is wonderful and is always clean. When it is time to say goodbye to a pet they could not be more helpful and supportive. I highly recommend Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital and Suites.

Took my cat in to investigate spraying and going outside his litter box. Found out he is healthy and the issue is likely behavioral. Got good, empathetic advice from the vet, and everyone was very friendly. Services and fees feel slightly overpriced, but I haven't shopped around a lot.
I recently had a very positive experience here when my cat was sick. When I called they reaffirmed my need to bring her in and offered me three options for appointments available that morning. When I got there they let me go right back to a room with the cat so she wouldn't feel stressed in the waiting room with the other animals. I was so worried about stressing my cat and that she would behave badly with the doctor. Dr. Cameron and the technician took their time with her and she behaved just fine. Dr. Cameron was also quick to let me know the results of the blood work done and was available to discuss it when I called in. Overall a great experience with minimal stress for both me and my cat.

Very caring doctors and staff. My dog has reactions to his shots so the staff called twice to see how he was doing after his last shot.
We have had nothing but good experiences at Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital. Our golden doodle sees Dr. Deb Cameron, and she actually loves going to the vet! Dr. Cameron is knowledgeable, friendly and gentle with our pup, and has good communication skills. We are first time dog owners and have appreciated the way Dr. Cameron always takes plenty of time to answer questions and present various options. She never puts pressure on if there are decisions to be made. The vet techs and front desk staff are also wonderful. Highly recommend.
